Directions
Hurst House on the Marsh
is situated just outside of the small township of
Laugharne in South West Wales. It is a fifteen minute
drive away from Carmarthen, and a half hour drive from
the coastal town of Tenby and the picturesque village of
Narberth. The hotel also operates shuttles for guests
wishing to be driven into Laugharne and back.
Directions by road
For visitors travelling
from London, take the M4 out of London and continue into
Wales. Drive on past Swansea and join the A40 to
Carmarthen. Carry on towards St Clears and take the
A4066 for Pendine to Laugharne. Drive through the
villages of Laugharne and Broadway and approximately
half a mile past Broadway you will see signs for Hurst
House on the left hand turn.
From the Midlands, access
the M4 via the M50 and the A40 following signs to
Newport, Cardiff, then follow signs for Carmarthen and
St Clears as above.
From the North, take the
A483 and then the A40, signposted Llandeilo and follow
the signs for Carmarthen and St Clears as above.
From the East, access the
M4 via the M11 and M25, following signs for Slough and
Reading, then follow the sign for Carmarthen and St
Clears as above.

Carmarthen station via Swansea, approximately 4 hours.
We can arrange for a taxi
to meet guests at Carmarthen or Port Talbot station.

By Air
Private landing strips are
available at Swansea Airfield and Haverford West, both a
30 minute drive from Hurst House on the Marsh. We can
provide a limousine service to transfer guests from
either location directly to the hotel.
Hurst House on the Marsh
also has a helipad. Coordinates and safe access route
are available from reception.
