Introduction
Manor Hill House is a contemporary property which
has recently been fully refurbished to a very high
specification. It is set in a wonderfully tranquil
location in rural Worcestershire yet is only half an
hour south of Birmingham city centre and just a few
minutes from J5 M5.
Hired on an exclusive to you basis you can have
private use of the 4 fully adaptable reception
rooms, gardens and grounds. For Civil Ceremonies
the Drawing Room is licensed to seat 100 guests
whilst the adjoining Summer Room can seat 60. Both
these reception rooms have large glazed doors
opening onto an extensive sun terrace with glazed
balustrade and panoramic views over landscaped
gardens to the distant Clee Hills.
Manor Hill House can be ‘viewed as a blank canvas’
and adapted to client’s special requirements. The
potential is enormous!! Marquees can be erected on
the lawn adjacent to the Summer Room, on the lower
lawn or even in a paddock.
We offer ‘free corkage’ or all day pay bar packages
to keep costs competitive. Our approved caterers are
pleased to offer a choice of menus from a silver
service five course wedding breakfast with your own
specially chosen menu, through to a hot or cold
buffet, canapés, barbeque or hog roast.
Manor Hill House is licensed for Civil Ceremonies
and there are delightful rural churches in the
vicinity available for marriage services or
blessings.

Directions by road
From M5 Junction 5 (Wychbold) take the A38 north
towards Bromsgrove. Turn left at the Swan Inn (shortly
after Webbs Garden Centre) into Swan Lane. Proceed
through the village of Upton Warren and over the
motorway bridge. Continue for a country mile. Manor Hill
House is on the right as you approach the ‘T’ junction
at the far end of Swan Lane.
From Bromsgrove take the A38 south towards Droitwich
and turn right at the Swan Inn and proceed along Swan
Lane as above.
There
are train stations at both Bromsgrove (4 miles) and
Droitwich (4 miles)
